Our favorite detox soup

Green curry broccoli soup, Freeze friendly, Healthy, Detox soup.

Lasts for up to 3 days in the fridge, and 2 months in the freezer.

The perfect healthy lunch recipe for you! Easy to make, to store and to detox your body from old toxins all at once!  A soup filled with lots of sulforaphane, to strengthen and detoxify  your body. As well as Vitamin C, and  Calcium! Perfectly filling, and diet friendly.

A spicy fresh soup, top it with some sunflower seeds, and enjoy!

Our favorite detox soup


250g broccoli ( one stalk )

1 teaspoon green curry paste

2 glasses of water

1 white onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon coconut oil

30g sunflower seeds



Cut up all of your onion and garlic into little pieces, and your broccoli, as well as the

stalk into bigger chunks.

Into a sauce pan add your broccoli chunks, and add 2 glasses of water.

Simmer the broccoli for 20 minutes on medium heat, with the lid on.

After the broccoli is soft. Heat a teaspoon coconut oil in another soucepan.

Add the garlic and union to the pan, and stir till golden brown.

Add the curry paste to the union mix and stir again.

Add the broccoli with the water to the mix.

After combining it all to a watery vegetable mix,

Put the mix into a blender, or blend it up with a hand blender in the pan.

Blend till the it becomes a creamy soup.

Divide the soup into 5 portions, and let it cool before putting it into the freezer.

Or eat it warm.

Top with some sunflower seeds, and enjoy.
